I quoted several different companies.  Fast Service Exterminating had better prices and warranty when you put them side-to-side with their competition.  2 years after first using them, I had them come out to re-treat a difficult area.  They did so in completion with the terms and conditions of their warranty without any problem in a timely efficient matter.  Termites are persistent in Arizona and the follow-up services is as important as the initial treating.  Seeing how they responded today and the thoroughness of how it was done reminded me I should definitely let others know about this fine company.
